THE DANCE by Esther Goh (Designer Scarf)
Each scarf carries a message of hope written in trafficking victims' native languages and celebrates their remarkable resilience in overcoming adversity.
Using a peacock with its tail feathers fanning out, Esther Goh creates the imagery of a dancer's flowing skirt in the midst of a triumphant dance. This scarf is inspired by Ranita's bravery, a dancer forced to provide sexual services to customers at a club.
Proceeds from the sale of the scarves go directly towards services and programmes that help survivors get back on their feet and start a new life.
