TEARS by Sabrina Goh (Designer Scarf)
Each scarf carries a message of hope written in trafficking victims' native languages and celebrates their remarkable resilience in overcoming adversity.
TEARS is inspired by Priya, who came to Singapore at 14 years old to work as a dancer but was tricked and threatened into prostitution. With HAGAR's support, she bravely faced her captors in court. She also learned English and several vocational skills, which has allowed her to get a proper job.
Proceeds from the sale of the scarves go directly towards services and programmes that help survivors get back on their feet and start a new life.
